Used this before my holiday in the summer in order to detox before two weeks of drinking and to also shed a few holiday lbs and it worked perfectly!! Helped me lose half a stone along with a healthy diet and light exercise. I noticed if I ate bad foods, eg. Too much bread, crisps or even having a glass of wine the tea helped me not crave them because it would make me feel sick with all the bad ingredients coming out of my body! So the use of a detox and getting all the bad out
